I engaged Donemans Pool Centre to construct a pool at a house that I was having built at Burnett Heads. The dimensions of the pool were 9m x 3.5m with a 1m wide step out and a bench running the full length of the pool. Donemans representative was Hayden Batt. The pool was constructed in stages between December 2022 and June 2023 to fit in with the construction of the house. All the stages were professionally managed by Hayden. I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the standard of the completed pool. Hayden gave me a full briefing at the time the pool was commissioned. He has been available throughout the building process to provide advice and to keep me fully informed of the work. I have continued to use Donemans Pool Centre to test the pool water and to supply chemicals for the magnesium pool (Zodiac Magna Pool). I wholeheartedly recommend Donemans Pool Centre to anyone planning to have a pool built and/or pool maintenance.

After moving to Woodgate, we had planned to get a pool built. People said good luck with that as they couldn’t get pool builders out this way. Needless to say, Donemans were prompt and responded to our request and Hayden came to give us a quote. We had decided on a concrete pool to get the shape we wanted. Hayden listened to our ideas and came up with a plan we liked. The start date was set and on time the fun began. Pretty exciting! Hayden kept us informed on when things were going to happen. When the guys arrived on site, they always knocked on the front door first just to let us know they were here and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. Also, it was reassuring to have Hayden on site checking progress at various stages of construction. Thanks to Hayden and his Team our dream has become a reality, and we are very happy with the end result and now we have our own piece of tropical paradise.
